What We Clean

Desks and tables wiped and sanitised, chairs stacked or reset, floors vacuumed or mopped, bins emptied, whiteboards cleaned, touch surfaces sanitised, soft furnishings vacuumed.
Student washrooms.
Toilets, basins, mirrors and partitions sanitised, floors mopped and disinfected, consumables restocked, bins emptied and relined. This is where the standard is judged and it gets the time it needs.

Benches, sinks and splashbacks cleaned with food-safe products, appliance exteriors wiped, floors degreased and mopped, bins emptied.
Halls, gyms and sports facilities.
Hard floors swept and mopped, change rooms and showers sanitised, equipment touchpoints wiped.

Term Breaks
The holiday clean is the part most cleaning arrangements handle badly, because it is not the normal routine and it needs a different crew size.
Term break is when the work that cannot happen during term happens: detailed floor cleaning, full classroom resets, storage clear-outs, and deep cleaning of canteens, washrooms and staff areas.
We quote term break work separately from the term-time routine, with the scope and the dates agreed before the break starts rather than in the week it begins.

How much does school cleaning cost in Perth?

Will cleaners be on site while students are there?
No. Cleaning happens after the last student leaves, before the first arrives, or during term break. The exception is if you specifically ask for a daytime washroom or spill response, which some schools do run, and that is arranged and scheduled with you.
What products do you use in classrooms?
Low-toxicity, fragrance-controlled products on surfaces students touch, food-safe products in canteens, and proper disinfectant in washrooms. Cloths and equipment are colour separated so nothing crosses between food areas and washrooms. Safety data sheets are provided on request.
Do you handle term break and school holiday deep cleans?
Yes, quoted separately from the term-time routine. Term break is when detailed floor cleaning, classroom resets and deep cleaning of canteens and washrooms happen. Scope and dates are agreed before the break starts.
Can you clean an early learning or childcare centre?
Those sites need a different routine from a school and we cover them on a separate page. Ask and we will point you to it.
Do we have to commit to a contract?
No. There is no lock-in contract, no minimum term and no exit fee. The first week of your first month is free.
