Site offices and administration.
Desks, meeting rooms, reception and office bathrooms, on the same standard as any commercial office.
Site offices, lunchrooms, amenities and accessible floor areas, cleaned around your operating hours. From $50+GST an hour.
Sentra cleans the parts of a Perth industrial site that need a commercial cleaner: the attached office, the crib room, the change rooms and amenities, and the floor areas that can actually be reached. We quote after walking the site during operating hours, because a warehouse looks very different empty, and we schedule around your shift rather than through it.

Desks, meeting rooms, reception and office bathrooms, on the same standard as any commercial office.
The highest-use room on most sites and the one most often under-quoted. Tables, benches, sinks, microwaves, fridges, vending surrounds, floors, and bins that fill faster than an office bin ever will.
Sanitised, floors scrubbed, drains cleared, on a frequency set by headcount rather than floor area.
including the ones out on the floor that an office cleaner never sees. Usually the ones people complain about.
Aisles, pedestrian walkways, racking bases at ground level, dock areas and the open floor. Swept, and machine scrubbed or mopped depending on the floor and its condition. Line marking kept visible rather than buried under dust.
Swept, litter and strapping cleared, water, food and general debris cleared, bin areas washed down.
The parts of a site that get missed because nobody has decided whose job they are.
Where they exist.
Warehouse floors are where quotes go wrong, so it is worth being specific.
is usually a fraction of the building. Racking, stock, pallets and plant mean the open floor can be a third of the footprint or less, and the figure changes week to week. We measure what we can reach and quote that, rather than quoting the building's area and discovering the difference later.
Sealed concrete in good condition scrubs well by machine. A smaller unit, or a floor broken up by racking and plant, is often better swept and mopped. An unsealed or damaged floor holds dust and takes longer every visit regardless of method. We will tell you which yours is at the site visit.
If the budget only covers part of the floor, it covers the walkways, the dock and the areas people actually use. That is a more useful clean than a thin pass over everything.
We do not clean around moving forklifts. Either we attend when the floor is not in use, or a zone is isolated for us. That gets agreed at the site visit, not negotiated on the night.
Sentra is a commercial cleaner, not an industrial services contractor. Outside what we do:
Tanks, silos, pits and voids.
High-level structural cleaning and roof work.
Contaminated material, asbestos, and anything needing licensed disposal.
including on docks and hardstand. We clear water, food and general debris. Anything else needs a contractor with the right absorbent, containment and disposal arrangements.
and vehicle wash bays.
Sentra does not hold it. If that is a condition of your tender, we are not eligible and we would rather say so than take up your time. Ask and we will tell you what kind of contractor to look for.
Most industrial cleaning goes wrong when an office schedule is applied to a site that never fully closes.
We attend in the gap and are gone before the next crew is on the floor.
For two-shift sites, on the same basis as any after-hours clean.
For sites running continuously through the week, with a heavier attendance on the quiet day.
Lunchroom and amenities daily because they cannot wait, floor weekly or fortnightly because it can. The most common arrangement we run.
Cleaners complete your induction before the first attendance, wear the PPE your site requires, and sign in through your system. If you run permit or visitor management, we work to it.
Racking, aisles, dock areas, office mezzanines.
Amenities, crib rooms and the office side, with the production area scoped to what is safe and sensible for a cleaner to touch.
Trade counters, showroom frontage, warehouse behind.
Driver amenities and dispatch offices.
Office and amenity areas, plus accessible non-refrigerated space.
Shared hardstand, driveways, bin areas and visitor parking, usually arranged through the strata company rather than an individual tenant. We cover the Perth industrial belt including Welshpool, Kewdale, Canning Vale, Malaga, Osborne Park, Bibra Lake, Forrestfield, High Wycombe and the Perth Airport estates.
The rate starts at $50+GST per hour. Industrial quotes are harder to estimate from a phone call than any other site, because the drivers are not floor area:
Amenity and crib room time scales with people. A 2,000 sqm warehouse with six staff is less work than a 600 sqm one with forty.
which as above is usually a fraction of the footprint.
which sets the method and the time.
which sets when we can attend and for how long.
A site that has been staff-cleaned for a year usually needs a reset before a routine makes sense. We quote that separately as a one-off, so you can see what is catch-up and what is maintenance. We walk the site during operating hours, not empty. Written quote within one business day.
Use your normal schedule and agreed scope for a full week to see whether the standard holds beyond the first visit.
The rate starts at $50+GST per hour. Industrial quotes are driven more by headcount and accessible floor area than by building size, because amenity and crib room time scales with people and much of a warehouse floor sits under racking or stock. We walk the site during operating hours before quoting.
Yes, the accessible parts: aisles, pedestrian walkways, ground-level racking bases, dock areas and open floor. Whether that is machine scrubbed or swept and mopped depends on the floor, its condition and how broken up it is by racking and plant. We tell you which suits yours at the site visit.
Whatever can be reached, which is usually a fraction of the building and changes with stock levels. We measure the reachable area and quote that rather than quoting the footprint. If the budget covers only part of it, we prioritise walkways, the dock and the areas people use.
Yes. Between shifts, overnight, weekends, or a split schedule where amenities are daily and the floor is weekly. We do not clean around moving forklifts, so either we attend when the floor is not in use or a zone is isolated for us, agreed at the site visit.
Yes, before the first attendance. They wear the PPE your site requires and sign in through your system. If you run permit or visitor management, we work to it.
No. If your procurement requires a contractor holding ISO 45001 or equivalent, we are not eligible and we would rather tell you now than work up a quote you cannot use.
Usually a one-off reset before the routine starts, because a site that has been staff-cleaned tends to have accumulated in the places nobody owns. We quote that separately from the ongoing schedule so you can see what is catch-up and what is maintenance.
No. We clear water, food and general debris. Fuel, oil, chemical and unknown-substance spills need a contractor with the right absorbent, containment and disposal arrangements, and we will tell you what to look for.
Tell us about the premises, preferred schedule and areas that need attention.
Premises-specific cleaning can be combined with office and after-hours routines where the site includes administration areas or needs attendance outside operating times.
