Cleaning Around Member Hours

We prepare a written scope for equipment touchpoints, change rooms, showers, bathrooms and shared areas, then schedule attendance around your busiest periods.

Site-Specific Scope

The quote records frequency, access and the areas included so staff know what to expect on every attendance.

Equipment, products and service boundaries

Equipment depends on the accessible floors and tasks confirmed during the walk-through.

Vacuuming, mopping and ordinary surface cleaning are planned around the material being cleaned and the operator's site rules.

Products are used according to their directions and are not represented as a substitute for the premises' own regulated hygiene or infection-response program.

The site contact identifies sensitive finishes, restricted equipment and product limitations before commencement.

A trial area can be agreed where a finish or surface condition is uncertain.

Damage, spills involving unknown substances and work that needs licensed disposal are reported rather than treated as routine cleaning.

Consumable restocking is included only where the scope says so and stock is available.

The plan identifies who supplies liners, paper products and soap, where those items are stored and who is told when stock is running low.

The premises and its cleaning challenges

Member turnover leaves equipment touchpoints, floors, change rooms and amenities under continuous use.

Sweat, chalk, dust and moisture build at different rates, while cleaning during peak sessions gets in the way of members.

A useful routine separates tasks that need every visit from rotating detail work.

That keeps the visible and hygiene-critical areas consistent without pretending every surface needs the same frequency.

What we clean here

Equipment touchpoints and surrounding floors

Studios, mirrors and shared props

Change rooms, showers and washrooms

Reception, entries and member circulation areas

Bins, drink stations and staff areas

Agreed high-touch points between peak periods

The final checklist is confirmed during the walk-through. Specialist, licensed or clinical work outside ordinary commercial cleaning is identified rather than silently included.

Standards and compliance

The scope distinguishes routine cleaning from the facility's own equipment-maintenance and infection-response procedures. Products are matched to surfaces and used according to directions, with site hazards and restricted equipment recorded before work starts.

Sentra Cleaning carries $20M public liability insurance and uses police-cleared teams. Any additional clearance, site induction or documentation requirement is confirmed before a cleaner is assigned.

Scheduling and access

Attendance can be planned after closing, before the morning rush or between known member peaks. Access, alarms and any 24-hour member entry arrangements are confirmed during the site visit.

Where we do this work

Service is available by appointment within 30 km of the Perth CBD. These locations are common starting points, and the full service-area hub lists the wider coverage.

How the cleaning plan is built

A premises walk-through identifies the accessible floor area, amenities, staff or visitor numbers, operating times and the surfaces that need particular care. That information is converted into a written scope rather than a generic checklist. Tasks can be split between every-visit work and rotating detail work, which gives the manager a clearer picture of what should happen on any attendance.

The starting condition is assessed separately. Where accumulated soil, scale, marks or dust would prevent a routine visit from holding the expected standard, an initial reset can be quoted before recurring work begins. Keeping reset work separate makes the ongoing schedule easier to compare and manage.

Managing the routine

Every-visit work normally protects the most visible and frequently used areas. Rotating tasks give lower-use rooms, edges, internal glass and detailed dusting an appropriate place in the schedule without displacing washrooms, kitchens or floors. The written plan shows that distinction so the manager knows what to expect on a particular attendance.

Access instructions matter to the result. Time spent waiting for keys, moving through security or finding an available lift reduces the cleaning window. Those steps are reviewed during the walk-through and included when the visit length is estimated. If operations change, the schedule can be reviewed before standards begin to slip.

Communication is kept practical. The site contact can report an issue by area and task, while the cleaner can record a locked room, safety concern or unusual condition. That creates a usable service history without promising monitoring or reporting systems that have not been agreed.

Pricing and service review

Rates start from $50+GST per hour. Price is shaped by the labour time needed, not the premises label alone. Accessible size, number of washrooms, kitchens or change areas, floor type, traffic, waste, security steps and visit frequency all affect the required hours. The quote states the assumptions used so a larger scope is not hidden inside a vague monthly figure.

A monthly example is calculated from time and frequency. A two-hour visit twice each week is generally sixteen to eighteen labour hours per month before GST. That is an example only: a site with multiple amenities, member turnover, resident traffic or child-height surfaces may need a different visit length.

Once work begins, feedback is checked against the scope. A missed item can be identified by area and frequency; a changed operating pattern can be reflected in the next plan revision. This is more useful than adding informal tasks until the cleaner no longer has enough time to complete the original routine.

Common questions

Can cleaning happen outside operating hours?

Yes. The access window, alarm process and restricted areas are agreed before the first attendance.

Will we receive a written scope?

Yes. The quote records the tasks, frequency and assumptions used to price the work.

What determines the cost?

Time is affected by accessible floor area, amenities, use levels, frequency, access and the starting condition. Rates start from $50+GST per hour.

What is outside the routine scope?

Licensed trade work, hazardous-material response and specialist services are identified separately. Sentra does not imply those tasks are included in ordinary commercial cleaning.
